💼 About This Role

You'll join EquipmentShare's rental facility in Dothan, AL to maintain and repair heavy equipment and aerial lifts using our innovative T3 platform. Your work directly supports empowering contractors and communities through reliable equipment. You'll have the opportunity to work on the newest fleet in the industry.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems
• Use technology to create and monitor work orders and order parts
• Assist in training lower-level technicians as needed
• Maintain complete and timely documentation of work performed

📋 Requirements

• Own tools applicable to the position
• Advanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools
• Extensive knowledge of construction equipment with understanding of schematics
• High school diploma or equivalent

• Trade school certificate
• Experience in field service, maintenance, and repair
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements
