Description

You will provide technical assistance and support for computer systems, hardware, and software, assist with onboarding and offboarding, maintain daily performance of computer systems and conference room equipment, and help manage IT asset inventory. This role is based in Culver City with a hybrid schedule.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience.
• Experience with Mac and PC Operating Systems.
• Basic knowledge of AI/Automation workflow building (Okta workflows, Google Apps Script, N8N).
• Experience with G Suite and Google Admin.
• Experience with OKTA, Jamf, and Kaseya-VSA.
• Experience with Google Meet and Zoom conferencing equipment.
• Preferred: Experience with Atlassian apps (Confluence, Jira).
• Basic knowledge of Active Directory.
• Computer and Printer Support.
• New computer hardware and software builds, using imaging software.
• Familiarity with Office 365 Suite, some knowledge of Outlook may be required.

Responsibilities
