You'll own the end-to-end KYC/KYB lifecycle for Ebury's global customer base, balancing customer experience, growth, and regulatory compliance. You'll define strategy, drive improvements in risk rating and onboarding flows, and partner with compliance and engineering teams. This role offers direct impact on scaling a fast-growing fintech and clear career progression pathways.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define KYC/KYB product strategy and roadmap.
• Design customer onboarding and verification flows.
• Partner with compliance and operations teams.
• Translate regulatory requirements into product requirements.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years Product Manager experience.
• 2+ years working on KYC/KYB or onboarding products.
• Strong understanding of CDD, EDD and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with risk scoring systems and workflow tools.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• Experience building platforms for B2B and B2B2C use cases.
