Description

You will build and lead the Applications Engineering team at Aurora, architecting a secure SaaS ecosystem and driving enterprise AI strategy. You will manage a team of systems engineers and administrators while providing hands-on technical leadership to eliminate manual work through automation and integrations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 8+ years in IT, software engineering, or systems engineering
• 3+ years leading engineering teams delivering large-scale enterprise applications
• Deep hands-on experience with SaaS applications (Atlassian suite, Google Workspace, Slack, incident management)
• Strong proficiency in scripting (Python, JavaScript/Google Apps Script) and API/webhook/integration platforms

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute long-term strategy for Corporate Engineering tooling (incident management, knowledge management, project management, analytics, communication)
• Design and oversee scalable, secure enterprise application ecosystem (Jira, Confluence, Slack, Google Workspace, OpsGenie, Firehydrant)
• Lead automation and integration workflows using APIs, webhooks, and integration platforms
• Provide technical guidance, review system architecture, and contribute to complex integration projects
• Lead enterprise AI solutions and productivity tools strategy
