You'll deliver personalized guidance on pregnancy, birth preparation, postpartum recovery, and lactation support as part of Bloom's AI-powered women's health platform. Your expertise combined with AI detection will close care gaps for women across all life stages. This remote role lets you shape clinical protocols and help scale consistent, high-quality care.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver personalized guidance on pregnancy, birth prep, postpartum, and lactation
• Identify when member needs fall outside wellness scope and require clinical evaluation
• Contribute to program protocol, AI development, and quality review
• Support operations by shaping workflows and scaling consistent care delivery

📋 Requirements

• Current, unrestricted CNM licensure with AMCB national certification
• IBCLC certification required
• Experience in telehealth or digital health
• Passion for personalized, whole-body care and belief in technology bridging gaps

✨ Nice to Have

• 3+ years clinical experience in postpartum care, lactation, and midwifery
• Thorough understanding of wellness services and scope boundaries
