🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead FP&A function across forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning
• Build performance management framework with unit economics and cohort analysis
• Manage investor communication strategies and quarterly reporting
• Partner with executive leadership on investment opportunities and capital allocation

📋 Requirements

• 3 years of experience leading FP&A in a fintech or technology company
• Expertise in financial modeling, cohort analysis, and capital allocation
• Track record of managing investor relations or board communications
• Proven ability to lead and inspire a high-performing team
