You will resolve payroll tax notices for small business customers, acting as a detective to find discrepancies and collaborating with tax agencies and internal teams. This hands-on role focuses on research, analysis, and delivering a world-class customer experience while using AI tools to streamline processes.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of payroll experience
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• AI fluency: use current AI tools and help shape new functionality
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Research and resolve payroll tax notices with guidance
