Description

You will support Roblox's business development and partnerships teams by drafting and negotiating strategic partnership agreements, guiding strategic discussions, and advising on related legal matters. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive long-term relationships with key partners.

Requirements

• 12+ years experience as a lawyer, including support for business development or strategic partnerships
• Entertainment or platform experience
• Skilled in commercial contracting and negotiation
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
• License to practice law in a US jurisdiction

Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, and advise on partnership agreements for business development
• Provide legal and strategic business advice for key partner relationships
• Support commercial transactions for other departments as needed
• Resolve legal issues and contract interpretation matters in existing relationships
• Manage numerous deals and meet tight deadlines
