💼 About This Role
You'll sell an AI-native security automation platform to state, local, and education (SLED) customers. You'll own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, building long-term relationships with prospects, customers, and channel partners. This role offers the chance to join a high-growth cybersecurity startup backed by Series D funding.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Sell no-code security automation product end-to-end
- Execute territory coverage plan and meet quarterly revenue targets
- Develop long-term strategic relationships with prospects and channel partners
- Manage complex deals across diverse stakeholders
📋 Requirements
- 5-10+ years of direct sales experience selling security software
- Recent experience selling to SLED customers in the territory
- Track record of over-achieving sales targets in new business development
- Experience selling complex enterprise security software solutions
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience with target account selling, solution selling, or consultative sales
- Hunter mentality with sales methodology knowledge (e.g., MEDDICC, Challenger)
- Executive presence and listening skills
