💼 About This Role

You'll assist BCBAs with case management and provide compassionate ABA therapy to children with autism. Your work helps kids achieve first words, friendships, and classroom success. You'll receive comprehensive training and mentorship from a team of over 40 BCBAs.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide direct 1:1 compassionate ABA therapy to children
• Assist BCBAs with case supervision and management
• Mentor instructors and trainees with constructive feedback
• Manage and oversee Social Skills Groups

📋 Requirements

• Master's degree in progress or completed
• Active RBT certification preferred
• Minimum two years delivering ABA to individuals with autism
• Valid CA driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation
