You'll serve as the bridge between Sales and Service Delivery, conducting client discovery and workflow extraction to prevent churn. You'll transform unclear client goals into executable systems within the first two weeks post-sale, ensuring seamless VA onboarding.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Audit closed deals to identify solution opportunities and churn risks
• Lead live screen-share sessions to extract and document client workflows
• Coordinate with Customer Success and Talent Acquisition teams for pipeline tracking
• Deploy tech stack (LastPass, Slack, project tools) for Day 1 readiness

📋 Requirements

• Ability to identify tasks ready for VA delegation from a CEO's workflow
• Deep fluency with G-Suite, Slack, CRM, and project management tools
• Strong executive presence and communication skills for client guidance
• Comfort navigating multiple stakeholders and maintaining cross-team visibility
