You'll design and ship production LLM-powered features for a platform that processes global news in real time. Your work will turn a firehose of content into predictive intelligence for journalists and PR leaders. You'll own architecture decisions, define evaluation standards, and build observability into every AI system.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Architect and deliver production agentic workflows (ambient and interactive).
• Own LLM-powered content enrichments for customer reporting and alerts.
• Drive LLM evaluation, observability, and guardrails for accuracy.
• Evolve embedding and semantic search infrastructure for retrieval.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years building and operating production software systems.
• 2+ years shipping LLM-powered features in real-world applications.
• Strong backend engineering skills (Python preferred).
• Experience with LLM APIs, embedding models, vector databases, and prompt engineering.

• Experience with AI orchestration frameworks like LangChain or LangGraph.
• Knowledge of semantic search and content retrieval systems.
