Description

You will enhance operational tracking and reporting for business teams at Brex, building dashboards, performing ad-hoc analyses, and collaborating with Data Scientists and Engineers to drive data-driven decisions in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Requirements

• 4+ years experience in data analytics.
• 3+ years working with Sales, Operations, Product, or equivalent teams.
• Fluency in SQL (CTEs, window functions, joins).
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis (Pandas, NumPy).
• Experience with BI tools (Looker, Hex, Tableau).

Responsibilities

• Apply data visualization to create BI solutions (Looker/Hex dashboards) for actionable insights.
• Perform ad-hoc analyses and deep dives to investigate business questions and provide recommendations.
• Develop self-service data tools empowering stakeholders to monitor performance independently.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists and Engineers to identify data sources and enable pipelines.
• Implement data quality checks to ensure dataset integrity across dashboards and reports.
