Description

You will advise on international sanctions, export controls, and trade regulations for a Fortune 200 client. You'll ensure legal oversight of customs declarations, monitor regulatory developments, and provide guidance to business teams.

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with minimum 4 years PQE
• Experience advising on trade compliance, sanctions, import/export control, or customs international trade law
• Sound knowledge of trade compliance/import/export controls/sanctions/customs regulations in APAC markets

Responsibilities

• Advise on international sanctions regimes, export controls, and global trade regulations
• Ensure legal oversight of classification, valuation, and customs declarations across APAC trade flows
• Monitor geopolitical and regulatory developments in APAC and implement corrective actions
• Provide legal guidance on international transactions
• Deliver training on trade compliance obligations
