💼 About This Role

You'll own field operations at Electric Hydrogen's West Texas plant, ensuring reliable operation and commissioning of electrolytic hydrogen systems. You'll be the primary on-site technical resource, troubleshooting issues and driving continuous improvement. This role offers remote flexibility when not on-site and significant travel during the commissioning phase.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own operational readiness and plant performance for the Pecos plant
• Support installation, commissioning, and startup activities
• Troubleshoot issues and lead root cause analysis efforts
• Manage maintenance activities and spare parts inventory

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• 3+ years of field engineering experience with industrial equipment
• CMMS system familiarity
• Based in Texas or willing to relocate

• Experience in hydrogen, electrochemical, or energy systems
• Customer-facing communication skills
