Description

You will perform full-cycle PCB design (from requirements to integration) for defense systems, working closely with engineers to produce high-reliability boards. Your work directly supports national security customers by bringing advanced autonomy and sensor technologies to the field.

Requirements

• Active U.S. Secret security clearance
• Associates degree in EE or similar and 5+ years PCB layout experience
• Expertise in IPC standards and PCB fabrication processes
• Experience with Altium Designer CAD tools
• Experience with high density and high layer count designs

Responsibilities

• Work directly with engineers to produce printed circuit board designs
• Implement high-speed digital, precision analog, RF, and high-power designs
• Establish internal DFM, DFA, and quality fabrication standards
• Refine PCB design processes, part creation, and library standards
• Coordinate external PCB design resources during design surges
