💼 About This Role

You'll oversee two Boston locations of Van Leeuwen Ice Cream, working closely with the founding team during accelerated growth. You'll manage people operations, sales, inventory, and guest service to ensure top-tier customer experience.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Schedule and assign stations for employees
• Recruit, select, orient, and train store staff
• Monitor sales targets, budgets, and forecast labor
• Maintain inventory and communicate with vendors

📋 Requirements

• ServSafe Manager Food Handlers license required
• 2+ years in food retail management role preferred
• Prior experience managing a team required
• Ability to regularly lift 50 lbs or more

• Experience with high-volume single-unit management
• Knowledge of payroll processing
• Familiarity with uniform and maintenance management
