• Lead concepting and design of educational materials across print, digital, interactive formats.
• Design visual systems and assets supporting teacher, student, and administrator experiences.
• Collaborate with product, content, UX, engineering, and curriculum teams.
• Direct and review work of artists and production designers, ensuring quality standards.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in art direction, visual design, or related creative roles.
• 1–2 years managing or mentoring designers or production teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design or equivalent professional experience.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud and collaborative design tools.
