You'll be the operational backbone for Rubrik's AI initiatives, managing program execution across engineering, product, and operations teams. You'll turn strategic AI goals into delivered results while ensuring leadership visibility. This role sits at the intersection of applied AI, distributed systems, and enterprise operations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage portfolio of AI initiatives from concept to production.
• Drive cross-functional coordination to remove blockers and align priorities.
• Build program infrastructure with tracking, reporting, and RAID logs.
• Prepare executive updates and translate technical progress into business impact.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of program or project management in technology organizations.
• At least 2 years managing AI, ML, or data platform programs.
• Proven track record managing complex cross-functional programs with multiple workstreams.
• Strong executive communication skills to distill technical programs for leadership.

✨ Nice to Have

• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification.
• Experience in enterprise SaaS or cybersecurity.
• Familiarity with AI development workflows and LLM ecosystems.
