You'll support the People team across onboarding, HR operations, and employee experience at a fast-growing tech company. You'll also manage day-to-day Boston office operations. This co-op offers hands-on exposure to senior People leaders.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support HRIS data entry and employee records maintenance
• Assist with interview scheduling and candidate coordination
• Help with new hire onboarding logistics and equipment setup
• Manage Boston office operations including supplies and events

📋 Requirements

• Currently enrolled in Northeastern University co-op program
• Coursework in HR, Organizational Behavior, or related field
• Strong organizational skills for managing multiple priorities
• Comfortable with Google Workspace and Slack

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior experience in HR, office management, or hospitality
• Exposure to HRIS or ATS platforms like Greenhouse
