💼 About This Role

You'll be the first People Operations presence in the UK, building out Coder's international People function ahead of launching our London entity. Your core impact will be owning the employee experience for UK and EOR relationships and helping to build compliant employment infrastructure from the ground up.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as primary HR contact for UK and EOR employees
• Own offer letters, contracts, and onboarding for international hires
• Administer employee benefits and recommend improvements
• Support entity setup and UK employment compliance
• Manage international employee data in Rippling and Deel

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in HR/People Operations with UK/international focus
• Hands-on experience with Rippling and/or Deel
• Working knowledge of UK employment law and EOR models
• Comfortable working autonomously as the only People person in London

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience supporting a company through a legal entity launch
• Exposure to EMEA employment law beyond the UK
• Background in a high-growth startup, ideally technical/SaaS
