💼 About This Role

You'll partner with cross-functional teams to drive financial strategy and optimize decision-making for the Naturium brand at e.l.f. Beauty. Your core impact will be supporting budgeting, forecasting, and monthly close processes, analyzing sales and margin variances. This role offers exposure to high-growth beauty brands and a hybrid work environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Participate in annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes.
• Support monthly close by analyzing sales and gross margin variances.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to understand performance drivers.
• Develop and maintain KPIs, highlighting trends and variances.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• 4-7+ years of FP&A experience in consumer products, retail, or beauty.
• Strong financial modeling and forecasting skills.
• Advanced Excel proficiency; experience with Vena, Power BI, or NetSuite preferred.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Vena, Power BI, Tableau, TABS, NetSuite, or SAP.
• Highly organized with highest standards of accuracy.
