🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive technical direction across multiple Kraków Hub teams.
• Architect scalable agentic AI features across platform subsystems.
• Identify and resolve platform-wide bottlenecks with whole-system perspective.
• Champion AI-assisted engineering practices and tool adoption.
• Mentor engineers through pairing and code reviews.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years hands-on software engineering experience, delivering high-impact results.
• Multi-stack mastery with deep production experience in PHP and modern backend technologies.
• Proven expertise in AI and agentic development, including LLM integrations.
• Ability to act as a technical advisor, earning trust through sound judgment and clear documentation.
• Experience in high-growth SaaS environments, ideally marketing automation or CRM.

✨ Nice to Have

• Working knowledge of Python for AI services.
• Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP) or advanced AI coding assistants.
