🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct initial assessments of clients to determine care needs

📋 Requirements

• Current NY RN license or compact license in good standing
• 1-2 years of nursing experience with homecare agency concentration
• Experience in geriatric care or with individuals with disabilities
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Bilingual in Spanish, Russian, Chinese, Korean, or Bengali
• Experience with Uniform Assessment System (UAS)
• Master's degree in nursing
