💼 About This Role

You'll serve as a subject-matter expert on Medicare Part B policy and physician-administered drug pricing, leading complex engagements for pharmaceutical and health insurance clients. You'll develop strategic recommendations, manage cross-functional teams, and produce thought leadership to elevate the practice's market profile.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop strategic recommendations for clients on Medicare Part B and drug pricing policy.
• Lead multiple complex engagements from proposal development through delivery.
• Supervise, train, and mentor staff within the practice.
• Produce thought leadership to elevate personal expertise and practice profile.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience in healthcare policy or advisory roles.
• Deep expertise in Medicare Part B, physician-administered drug reimbursement, and 340B program.
• Significant experience analyzing legislation and communicating insights to clients.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and Word.
