Description

You will lead Starlink satellite production change introduction and process improvements, executing new configuration introductions, assessing non-conforming hardware, and implementing design and process changes to improve yield and cost. You will also develop training, perform process validation, and design assembly fixtures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate
• 2+ years of experience troubleshooting non-conforming hardware and driving corrective actions
• Ability to read and follow detailed schematics, drawings, and instructions
• Excellent concentration and attention to detail
• Must be able to work 2nd shift, overtime, and weekends as needed

Responsibilities

• Execute and manage new configuration introduction into Satellite Integration production
• Assess non-conforming hardware and drive resolution and preventative actions
• Identify and implement changes to design, process, safety, and floor layout to improve yield, performance, and cost
• Implement standard practices, troubleshooting guides, and standard repair procedures
• Design and implement assembly fixtures/shop aides to improve manufacturing process
