💼 About This Role

You'll shape immersive multiplayer VR experiences by building player interactions, AI behaviors, and core systems in Unity, working closely with designers and artists. You'll guide technical direction and mentor developers to deliver polished, high-quality gameplay that reaches players globally.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Implement game mechanics and AI behaviors for 6-player multiplayer experiences
• Optimize Unity engine to maximize VR experience quality
• Develop tools and processes to improve development efficiency
• Own key areas of the experience from a technical perspective

📋 Requirements

• C# programming skills with at least 5 years of experience
• Experience programming with the Unity engine
• Shipped at least 2 commercial games (PC or Console preferred)
• Experience as a software or feature group team lead

• Own a VR headset and regularly play VR games
• Strong understanding of current gaming trends
