Description
You will act as the primary technical administrator for the Customer Office tech stack, managing and optimizing system configurations, workflows, automations, and integrations. You'll drive workflow design and AI-enabled automation across the customer lifecycle to enhance efficiency and improve service delivery.
Requirements
- 8+ years experience in Customer, Revenue, or Operations roles
- Hands-on experience with Gainsight, Kantata, Salesforce, or similar platforms
- Experience configuring Customer Experience platforms including workflows and reporting
- Strong understanding of end-to-end customer lifecycle and Customer Experience strategy
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Responsibilities
- Act as primary technical administrator for Gainsight, Kantata, and related platforms
- Manage and optimize system configurations, workflows, automations, and reporting
- Design and implement end-to-end workflows across the customer lifecycle
- Drive AI and automation initiatives like predictive health scoring and intelligent triggers
- Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions
