Description

You will drive sales excellence by developing KPI frameworks, managing goal-setting and incentive processes, and improving sales forecasting. You'll partner with sales leaders to accelerate revenue growth and ensure high standards of CRM hygiene and data quality.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in KPI development, performance management, sales analytics, or Sales Operations
  • Experience in Sales or Revenue Operations environment
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and partner with sales leaders
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Fluency in English

Responsibilities

  • Develop and improve KPI framework for sales teams including performance analysis and efficiency tracking
  • Manage end-to-end goal-setting process from KPI definition to incentive payout
  • Monitor key metrics such as pipeline quality, win-loss analysis, and CRM hygiene
  • Support SLA-driven processes like lead uploads and data delivery for sales initiatives
  • Improve sales forecasting accuracy in collaboration with sales leaders
