Description
You will drive sales excellence by developing KPI frameworks, managing goal-setting and incentive processes, and improving sales forecasting. You'll partner with sales leaders to accelerate revenue growth and ensure high standards of CRM hygiene and data quality.
Requirements
- Proven experience in KPI development, performance management, sales analytics, or Sales Operations
- Experience in Sales or Revenue Operations environment
- Ability to work cross-functionally and partner with sales leaders
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Fluency in English
Responsibilities
- Develop and improve KPI framework for sales teams including performance analysis and efficiency tracking
- Manage end-to-end goal-setting process from KPI definition to incentive payout
- Monitor key metrics such as pipeline quality, win-loss analysis, and CRM hygiene
- Support SLA-driven processes like lead uploads and data delivery for sales initiatives
- Improve sales forecasting accuracy in collaboration with sales leaders
