Description
You will lead the regional integration of the Reebok brand into the Authentic Brands portfolio in APAC, developing and executing strategies to drive brand growth and sales through collaboration with global and regional teams, licensees, and business development.
Requirements
- Deep expertise in footwear, brand licensing, retail, and eCommerce
- Robust network within licensing and retail sectors
- Experience managing multi-million-dollar P&L
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills
- Hands-on business development and deal-closing ability
Responsibilities
- Develop and lead Authentic's territory strategy
- Manage multi-million-dollar business planning, forecasting, and analysis
- Lead territory business development and new business pipeline
- Oversee brand and marketing management with licensees
- Establish reporting framework and facilitate communication with corporate office
