💼 About This Role

You'll join the Global Business team, responsible for financial analysis and strategic decision-making support for global products. You will apply advanced financial modeling and data automation to drive predictive projections and variance analysis. This role offers exposure to cross-border products and regulatory frameworks in a pioneering digital bank.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and maintain P&L with driver decomposition and variance analysis.
• Develop financial models in Excel (scenarios, sensitivity, pivot, VBA).
• Extract data autonomously using SQL and automate workflows with Python.
• Present actionable insights to executives via PowerPoint dashboards.

📋 Requirements

• Degree in Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, or Mathematics.
• Advanced FP&A or controlling experience in financial institutions.
• Python for data pipeline automation and ETL.
• Power BI or Tableau for executive dashboards.

✨ Nice to Have

• MBA in Finance or CFA/CPA certifications.
• Experience in banks or fintechs with cross-border products.
• Cross-functional project leadership background.
