Description
You will plan, coordinate, and execute partner-focused enablement initiatives to strengthen partner capabilities and support the partner ecosystem. You'll collaborate with product, sales, and readiness teams to identify needs and develop programs that equip partners to sell and deliver company solutions effectively.
Requirements
- 3-5 years in partner enablement, sales enablement, channel programs, or similar
- Experience developing training/enablement programs for external audiences
- Strong understanding of partner ecosystems, channel models, or B2B SaaS sales
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute partner enablement programs for sales, delivery, and technical roles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address partner enablement needs
- Design and deliver training sessions and resources for partner proficiency
- Coordinate end-to-end enablement program logistics and stakeholder alignment
- Monitor partner performance trends and gather feedback to improve enablement efforts
