💼 About This Role

You'll join the operations team as an OA, directly reporting to a Site Leader, picking, packing, and receiving product to ensure seamless customer fulfillment. You'll manage inventory, resolve discrepancies with purchase orders, and maintain facility organization. This role offers a fast-paced environment at a rapidly growing retail startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Pick and pack items for customer dispatch
• Receive and unpack pallets, verify inventory against invoices
• Manage inventory and re-shelve canceled orders
• Clean and organize sales floor and facility
• Prepare quality beverages and food items per standards

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• Ability to stand and walk for entire shift
• Lift up to 49 pounds
• Work flexible hours including nights, weekends, holidays

✨ Nice to Have

• Retail or restaurant experience
• Knowledge of Google G-Suite applications
