💼 About This Role

You'll be the operational backbone of our Learning Development team, ensuring every new hire has a seamless onboarding experience. You'll own logistics, tracking, and coordination across training programs, directly shaping how new teammates experience BlinkRx from day one.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Set up new hire curricula via LMS (Absorb) and manage communication channels
  • Coordinate classroom readiness and logistics for in-person locations
  • Track new hire timecards, attendance, and compliance training completion
  • Manage post-training surveys and compile eNPS and survey results

📋 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Education, Learning Development, HR, or equivalent experience
  • 2-5 years of experience in training coordination, administrative support, or staff development
  • Hands-on experience with LMS platforms (Absorb or similar)

✨ Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with healthcare compliance (e.g., HIPAA)
  • Proficiency with Slack and Google Suite
