You'll lead sales of drone detection radar solutions to defense and government clients in LATAM, managing long-term account plans and hunting new opportunities. You'll own a portfolio of customers and partners, driving pipeline growth through in-person and virtual meetings. ๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead sales for drone detection radar solutions targeting Defense & Security customers
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with assigned accounts worldwide
- Develop and execute market plans to engage existing and attract new prospects
- Drive pipeline growth through in-person and virtual meetings
๐ Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of sales or account management in Defense & Security environment
- Proven track record with complex, long-cycle tenders and solution sales
- Based in LATAM near major international hub (Costa Rica, Mexico, Brasil, Colombia, Peru, Chile, Argentina)
โจ Nice to Have
- Military or public safety background
- Experience with HubSpot
- Additional languages beyond English and local language
