  • Lead sales for drone detection radar solutions targeting Defense & Security customers
  • Build and maintain lasting relationships with assigned accounts worldwide
  • Develop and execute market plans to engage existing and attract new prospects
  • Drive pipeline growth through in-person and virtual meetings

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Engineering or related field
  • 5+ years of sales or account management in Defense & Security environment
  • Proven track record with complex, long-cycle tenders and solution sales
  • Based in LATAM near major international hub (Costa Rica, Mexico, Brasil, Colombia, Peru, Chile, Argentina)

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Military or public safety background
  • Experience with HubSpot
  • Additional languages beyond English and local language
