Requirements

• Mid-senior experience in Pakistani payroll operations
• Experience in multi-country or global payroll environments
• Strong understanding of payroll controls and compliance
• Analytical and detail-oriented with problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in asynchronous, distributed teams

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing
• Own end-to-end payroll execution for Pakistan
• Act as subject matter expert on country payroll requirements
• Support payroll rollout in new jurisdictions
• Identify and resolve payroll discrepancies and risks
