You'll join Wheely's London office as a Talent Sourcer, searching for candidates across tech and non-tech roles using LinkedIn and job boards. You'll keep the Greenhouse database organized and assist recruiters with scheduling and feedback. This role is key to scaling a high-end ride-hailing company across EMEA and the US.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Search candidates for tech and non-tech roles across various sources
• Assist recruiters with scheduling interviews and follow-up feedback
• Maintain candidate database (Greenhouse) and ensure hiring team guidelines

📋 Requirements

• 1+ years of relevant experience at agency or in-house recruitment
• Self-discipline and good command of English
