As a Leasing Consultant at Bozzuto, you'll convert leads into tours, conduct personalized apartment tours, build brand loyalty through stellar resident experiences, and generate awareness via social media. You'll work weekends to accommodate prospective residents and contribute to a welcoming, inclusive workplace.

Requirements

• Customer-focused mentality
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in leveraging social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram
• Sales aptitude
• Willingness to obtain a real estate license within 90 days of hire where applicable

Responsibilities

• Convert leads into community tours by following up with prospects and providing compelling information about the community and neighborhood
• Conduct informative and personalized tours that result in new leases
• Build brand loyalty by ensuring consistently stellar resident experiences
• Generate awareness, interest, and excitement via social media
• Work weekends (three weekends per month) when prospective residents are house hunting
