You'll support the design and optimization of financial crimes compliance programs at a leading digital asset platform. You will transform raw data into actionable insights using analytics and AI tools, driving process improvements across BSA/AML models. This role offers exposure to diverse compliance domains in a dynamic regulatory environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and enhance BSA/AML models including transaction monitoring and sanctions screening.
• Automate compliance workflows using internal tools like KYC and suspicious activity reporting.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses and respond to time-sensitive data requests from auditors or regulators.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement and improve compliance tools and processes.

📋 Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in a data analytics or data science role.
• Proficient in SQL with advanced skills including CTEs, window functions, and query optimization.
• Experience with data manipulation tools such as Looker or advanced Excel/Google Sheets.
• Strong understanding of blockchain and financial services industry.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with data transformation tools like dbt or version control (Git).
• Python or other scripting languages for data analysis or automation.
• Prior experience in financial services, crypto, or a fast-paced startup environment.
