You'll lead business analysis for complex digital and cloud transformation programmes, shaping analysis approaches and facilitating strategic conversations. You'll mentor other analysts and ensure business value drives every decision. You'll also support data-informed decision-making and AI initiatives.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead discovery and strategic analysis across complex programmes
• Facilitate workshops to define business needs and success criteria
• Guide clients through strategic decision-making and alignment
• Mentor and support senior and consultant-level business analysts

📋 Requirements

• Strong experience as a Business Analyst delivering complex digital/cloud programmes
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills with senior stakeholders
• Comfortable with relational database/data modelling concepts and basic SQL
• Hands-on experience producing Power BI dashboards or similar visualisations

• Understanding of APIs, data pipelines, and ETL processes
• Awareness of ML/AI concepts to evaluate business impact of use cases
