• Own strategic customer portfolios across full lifecycle.
• Drive revenue growth through upsell and cross-sell.
• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews with insights.
• Coordinate internal teams to unblock issues.
• Proactively identify commercial opportunities.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in payments or fintech account management.
• Strong commercial mindset with revenue impact.
• Excellent communication in Spanish and English.
• Experience with HubSpot, Jira, and Slack.
