In this role, you will lead a caring, professional team dedicated to providing high-quality hospice care. You will manage office operations, ensure compliance and client satisfaction, and drive growth through strategic planning and community engagement.

Requirements

• Four-year college degree
• Minimum 2 years supervisory/management experience in healthcare, preferably home health or hospice
• Knowledge of Medicare regulations (OASIS, PPS) and Delaware regulations
• Proven interpersonal, recruiting, and employee relations skills
• Demonstrated ability to organize, manage, market, and grow an office

Responsibilities

• Manage office operations including client service, employee matters, budgeting, and fiscal management
• Monitor quality and appropriateness of services to ensure compliance and client satisfaction
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies for field and office staff
• Oversee marketing, program development, and strategic growth planning
• Supervise and develop high-potential employees and successor planning
