💼 About This Role

You'll provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences. You'll implement positive behavior strategies and use evidence-based practices to create meaningful progress for families. You'll collaborate closely with families and supervisors while being part of a transdisciplinary team including experts in speech, OT, and pediatrics.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Complete Cortica's orientation and BCAT training.
• Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children.
• Implement positive behavior strategies developed with BCBA.
• Document session data to track treatment goals.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to build supportive environments.

📋 Requirements

• Experience working with children.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to obtain BCAT credential within 90 days.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Tech-savvy with EMR systems and Microsoft Office.
