Description

You will plan, negotiate, and purchase components to support our Livermore manufacturing facility, manage supplier relationships, and work cross-functionally to ensure production material availability.

Requirements

• BA/BS or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years purchasing or supply chain experience
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience in a manufacturing environment

Responsibilities

• Plan and place purchase orders with appropriate lead time
• Negotiate and manage supplier performance and relationships
• Identify and lead cost reduction and service improvement initiatives
• Resolve supply continuity issues and expedite as needed
• Investigate and resolve inventory and invoicing discrepancies
