• Negotiate and close long-term commitments with stakeholders.
• Deliver quarterly reviews and track project timelines.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years account management or customer success experience.
• 3+ years at a technology company.
• Strong verbal/written communication skills.
• Strong technical skills to engage with technical teams.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with AWS, GCP, or other public clouds.
• Experience in FinOps ecosystem.
• Cloud certifications (AWS Cloud Practitioner or GCP Digital Leader).
