Description

You will serve as the operational backbone of Riot Ecosystem Product, transforming strategic ambition into disciplined execution. You will design scalable systems, align cross-functional stakeholders, and drive visibility into performance and risk to enable high-quality outcomes at scale.

Requirements

• 6-8+ years in an operations leadership role.
• 4+ years partnering with development teams in an operational capacity.
• Hands-on experience with Jira or equivalent project management tools.
• Experience navigating ambiguity and driving solutions autonomously.
• Player empathy and care for player experiences.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to shape operational strategy and translate vision into frameworks and implementation plans.
• Drive cross-functional alignment on shared priorities, governance, and operating models.
• Lead high-impact, multi-team operational programs including scoping, sequencing, and stakeholder alignment.
• Own dashboards, KPI frameworks, and operational reporting for executive decision-making.
• Support annual and quarterly planning cycles, resource forecasting, and budget alignment.
