You will design, tweak, and optimize competitive and ranked systems for VALORANT, a character-based tactical shooter. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create systems that celebrate mastery, fairness, and player growth. Your work will delight millions of players worldwide.

Requirements

• 5+ years professional Game Design experience
• Experience developing matchmaking, ranked, or progression systems
• Shipped at least one AAA+ online competitive title
• Ability to design and iterate on complex systems with player impact understanding
• Strong communication skills to articulate design rationale
