💼 About This Role

You'll join Tilt's Methodologies group, building foundational deep learning models that power our people-first credit system. You'll architect deep learning architectures (transformers, embeddings, NNs) to turn complex financial data into fair credit access. This role blends analytical grit with emotional intelligence to drive strategy across Engineering and Product.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and test deep learning architectures for credit risk models
• Partner with Engineering and Product to deploy scalable models
• Translate complex findings into actionable solutions for lending platform
• Own projects from hypothesis to measuring customer outcomes

📋 Requirements

• Deep learning experience with Neural Networks, Embeddings, or Transformers
• 3-5 years building and deploying models with PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Applied machine learning to financial services problems (credit, lending, payments)
