Description
Lead and grow Collibra's Financial Services business across the US, owning regional revenue performance and managing a team of enterprise account executives. You will coach the team to navigate complex, regulated sales cycles and articulate business impact, while collaborating cross-functionally to drive strategy and refine messaging for financial institutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree; MBA a plus
- Proven track record in software sales and FinServ sales at C-level
- 10+ years experience serving FinServ companies at an innovative tech firm
- History of exceeding company sales quotas in complex enterprise sales
- Significant leadership experience in high-growth SaaS organizations
Responsibilities
- Develop revenue plan for the region with balanced new customer acquisition and expansion
- Attract, hire, onboard, retain, coach, and inspire top sales talent
- Coach account executives through prospecting, positioning, and deal structuring
- Engage with prospect and customer executives as part of sales and account management
- Forecast quarterly revenue and provide insights to optimize processes and market positioning
