💼 About This Role

You'll bridge GRC expertise with AI evaluation to ensure Vanta's AI features are accurate and trustworthy. You'll design and test prompts, build ground truth datasets, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to ship customer-ready AI capabilities. This role sits at the intersection of security and AI, driving trust in the platform's core workflows.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and test prompts for AI behavior
• Build and maintain ground truth datasets
• Evaluate AI output quality and drift
• Write guides and host training sessions

📋 Requirements

• 5-7+ years of GRC or InfoSec experience
• 1-3 years applying GRC to AI workflows
• Strong understanding of evidence, controls, and compliance workflows
• Skilled at writing clear instructions and evaluation guides

✨ Nice to Have

• CISA, CISSP, CCSK, or CIPM/CIPT certification
• Experience with structured data and GRC artifacts
